NNIT Group Company SL Controls Ltd is growing fast – creating 100 new jobs over the next 3 years

Our NNIT Group Company SL Controls that specialize in Production IT for the life science industry is growing fast and is looking into a global expansion as part of their strategic plan to grow in both the European market and the U.S.

The Irish based company will be creating 100 new highly skilled jobs by mid-2025 and has steadily been building its workforce over the past decade as part of a shared vision for growth with NNIT. With the new jobs, the total workforce of SL Controls will grow to 220 people based in Ireland and across the world.

From 2020 to 2022, the company increased its turnover by 43 per cent to €12.6m. It is projected to increase by another 68 per cent over the next three years with the aim of reaching €21m turnover for 2025.

Looking into the future, Keith sees fantastic opportunities to grow outward from Ireland leaning on Irelands position as home to many of the biggest multinational names in the life science industry. SL Controls work with these clients helping them to automate processes, modernize and digitally transform their production operations, ultimately driving efficiencies, minimizing downtime and creating flexibility in manufacturing process.

The strategy to grow both in Europe and the U.S means the roles Keith Moran and his team are looking for will be a mix of remote and hybrid where the employees can combine working from home with working from one of the offices in Sligo, Dublin, Limerick and Galway in Ireland or the U.S. office in Florida.

The many new positions will mainly be in the engineering field and a mix between both technical roles and project management to offer a range of expertise and best-in-class service to the clients.
