Company announcement: NNIT enters into agreement with DSB
The parties’ existing five-year contract was entered into in the spring of 2012. The extension of the contract will run from April, 1 2017 to March, 31 2019 and represents a minor three-digit DKK million amount.
Per Kogut, CEO at NNIT comments: ”We are happy to continue our cooperation with DSB, an important customer for NNIT. The extension of the agreement means that we will continue delivering IT solutions for Denmark’s largest supplier of public transportation”.
The agreement increases NNIT's backlog for 2017 and 2018, but does not change NNIT's guidance for 2016 or the long-term targets.
