Valiance® merges with NNIT
As of October 10, 2022, Valiance® has been fully integrated with NNIT. All employees and business activities have been merged into the appropriate NNIT subsidiaries in Europe and the US.
In 2018, NNIT acquired Valiance Partners LLC, and the company continued as a stand-alone business, part of the NNIT Group – until today, at which time we can announce completion of a full integration with NNIT.
“To capitalize further on synergies, we have now taken the next, planned step and integrated the Valiance business into NNIT. Going forward, NNIT offers the full range of data migration solutions and services to our customers, with the Valiance suite of products, including the TRUseries, fully embedded. We look very much forward to meeting our customers and presenting them with our new extended migration portfolio,” says CEO Pär Fors.
Unifying our solutions in a global migration powerhouse
Since its foundation, Valiance® has established itself as an expert in critical data migrations focusing on compliance and accuracy in the life sciences industry. Its TRUseries™ software provides end-to-end data and content migration for Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, and Safety processes. Valiance® migration services provide customers with the technology, compliance and 100 percent data migration verification needed to succeed in regulated industries.

The combination of NNIT and Valiance® services will create a global migration powerhouse, allowing enterprise, mid-sized and smaller customers to take advantage of a comprehensive migration offering as well as the complementary IT solutions in NNIT’s portfolio.
New, consolidated organization – enriched quality solutions and services
The new NNIT Migration solutions area is headed by Valiance co-founder and Associate Vice President Nagesh Sarma supported by Valiance co-founder and Associate Vice President David Katzoff in a leading role within global migration delivery services.
All Valiance staff has been retained and continue as NNIT employees in Europe and the US – joining forces with the existing NNIT colleagues to add further value to our customers.
NNIT and the onboarded Valiance team will make their first appearance together at the Veeva Summit – R&D and Quality on October 19-20, Boston, USA.
