20 New Graduates Embark on a Career in NNIT

In August-September, we onboarded 20 new graduates in Europe and Denmark. Starting now and over the next 12 months, the graduates will be participating in dedicated programs combining hands-on training and specialized mentoring.

Every year, we hire a number of graduates to embark on an NNIT career. As a specialized IT consulting business, we depend on highly qualified consultants at all levels, including entry level. This year, we received a total of 772 applications for only 20 positions.

“In the IT business, it is absolutely crucial to keep up with trends and developments – and to demonstrate innovation in our solutions. Our graduates bring us the latest teachings and fresh new perspectives, which perfectly complements the approaches of our experienced, expert consultants. We feel immensely proud to have attracted so many highly qualified applicants. It’s been a tough job to narrow it down from 772 to just 20, but we persevered with screening, several interviews, and tests to ensure we got the top 20. I’m extremely impressed with the final candidates,” says HR Director Johanne Dandanell Gelmer.

Dedicated training program with deep dives into specific tech areas

During the 12-month training period, the graduates will work closely with a mentor and manager to support their personal development – and they get to apply their academic knowledge and problem-solving skills to real-life cases as well as work on local and global IT projects. The end-goal is to give all graduates the required experiences and qualifications to establish a future career in NNIT.

Seven graduates have been employed in NNIT’s Region Europe, and 13 in Region Denmark. They will specialize in Life Sciences (7), SAP (4), Custom Application Development (1) and Microsoft Advisory and Technology (8).

The recruitment process for the 2025 graduate program will open in December, 2024.

Young NNIT talent receives royal praise for his efforts

On an average day, we're proud of all NNIT colleagues and their dedication to digital transformation. On this not so average day, we were extremely proud to be able to call Frederik Foss Nielsen our colleague as he received a grant for his efforts and was congratulated by HM Queen Margrethe II of Denmark.
Last week, Frederik received the Massmann Grant (Det Massmanske Legat) that is given
