Coherent user journeys and guidance processes
The contract centers on the development of a core system for the stable, correct and timely payment of student grants and loans and transportation allowance amounting to more than DKK 25 billion annually.
In NNIT’s solution, task management and automated processing support easy administration of the grants, which contributes to coherent user journeys and guidance processes for the students and caseworkers. The focus of the design was precisely to ensure easy access for and interaction between all users, including the Agency’s own development team, which as part of the joint SCRUM organization will build the self-service solution for the students.
Key Account Manager, Hans Christian Sick elaborates:
“The team has put in a tremendous effort in an incredibly competitive environment, and we have succeeded in designing a solution that optimizes the administration of student grants. We are very proud to play a part in the Agency becoming a data-driven organization, and we’re looking forward to getting started”.
”Together with NNIT, the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science will be developing a new IT system for the administration the Danish State Educational Grant and Loan Scheme. The IT system will be supporting the administration of grants and loans at the educational institutions at the Agency for many years to come, and the system will contribute to realizing the Agency’s vision of a more effective and coherent administration system centered on students. I very much look forward to a good and trust-based collaboration,” says Agency Vice President Sine Søgaard Jeppesen (head of the steering committee).
