NNIT has just published the financial report for the first six months of 2015. Per Kogut, CEO, says: “A solid organic revenue growth of 8.8% and an operating profit margin of 10.7% in constant currencies in the first six months of 2015 is very satisfying. Revenue growth is driven by a 15.9% increase from our non-Novo Nordisk customers in line with our strategy.”

Right now, Danish and European pharmaceutical companies are gearing up to comply with the ISO standards – designated IDMP – that come into force in the EU on 1 July 2016. The ISO IDMP standards require information from many areas of the pharmaceutical business, including regulatory affairs, research and development, manufacturing and distribution.
To prevent counterfeit, regulation requiring serialization is enforced. But even serial numbers can be counterfeited, especially if batches have sequential codes.
